173 does answer their phone but after a very long time, they suck.

They take their time 2 answer calls. They usually take calls after 10 minutes or more. Mtn customer care sucks.:-( * +

If you think thats bad, i have waited in customer service ques for up to 30 minutes. Ofcourse those organisation will remain name less lol. * +
