here's a piece of advice, if MTN is not your service provider then customer care (the toll free 173) cannot help with any account related services.They can't even remove your voice mail. You will have to call your service provider for that which is not a toll free call!if u want customer care to be able to help u,insist on MTN being ure service provider! * +
