even tho if you got no credit or what ever, when you request a page, the request still goes through to the webserver... but o2 just dont bother to send the info back to us... thats good logic for you. becuase the request gets through the reply will be sent, but o2 dont pass it on to us which is bent, becuase the expensive part has already happend *
