I would like to send and receive email on my SE F500i on the Vodacom network in SA. Problem is I dont have the settings to do this. I already have a Yahoo! account.Can some one help me without me going to Vodaworld. Thanks in advance for your help guys!

yahoo does not have a pop server set up. you will need a gmail account. you will have to activate your pop settings then you can use it on ur phone. inbox me ur email addy if you want a gmail invite. * +

incoming and outgoing server: mail.gala.net . User name:yourusername. Password:yourpassword thats all. * +

On the outgoin server @gala u must put your network pop3 outgoin server. Like on mtn they use mail.mtn.co.za as an outgoing server. Bcoz if u use mail.gala.net on da outgoin, emails wont be sent. It will say msg not sent or failed * +

Gmail will not work on most phones without certificates and gmail only works on k750 and w800 but again you must have certificates pm me for the settings the best pop3 to use is yahoo.co.uk it works magic i use it and you have 1gb space as compared to gala pm for settings * +
