Browsing and downloading are the same thing as far as i know. In the sense that you need to download the page to be able to browse it. * +

Yeah thats why i'm waiting to hear back from my buds cos thats what i told them but they're adamant that they weren't charged for subsequent browsing only downloading stuff. * +
