Because the chat site i was on blocked me coz of flooding the screen by accident and i know if i can change my ip i can go back on there * +

Ngage rite u go 2 services then settings wotever connection ur using then edit * +

The Ip on the phone is just your service providors Ip acces address. They then allocate a seperate one once connected for your individual phone. Some use static Ip addresses some use diff ones each time u connect. Upshot of this is changein the Ip on your phone will in theory not work for what u want n will just make your connection not work. * +
