Yes - xhtml lets you browse certain websites, only v.simple ones. * +

xhtml is the extension of html ie simple enough to create sites for handhelds...its still meant for wap n not web purposes. However a html browser can generally also read html pages so if the website you've tryin to open is pure html n not too big/graphical it can be opened. * +

But still, xhtml on its own isnt that good. If your looking for a new phone, get one thats symbian, so you can use eg. Opera - thats a good web browser for your mobile. * +

Xhtml or WAP 2.0 as it is also known is just for newer mobiles, its just a bit better than wml code! I would buy an s60 mobile, but i already got 3

Some sites yes, others no. Netfront's the same, as is the default browser, but you can usually manage it between the three. *
