well mok, just to point out, half the decent filesharing sites going offline... if i enjoyed downloading bollywood movies off a megaupload server based in hong kong, why shopuld the us be allowed to block my access? (as they have already) * +

You don't have the right to download anything , much less download pirated media . As far as the Hong Kong server goes , maybe you need to ask their government instead of ranting about a bill that has not been passed and probably never will . This was done under existing laws and treaties with other governments . * +
