I believe you have to buy an exclusive connection for it and which is only for web browsing and email but you can pay extra and then you can also make/receive calls. At least thats the way its here in india.... * +

I know about (Rim) and Reliance infocom i think Rim pda is useless reliance india provide much better service on kyocera web access plus calls on 2000Cdma network. @Normal mob tariff * +
