Im trying to restore an old HTC S710. It has no Home Screen. The sum windows 6 files are missing or corrupt. Any ideas? Can the regedit cab restore the phone? * +

A .tsk file is just a theme, try searching the same site or others for 'HTC Home.cab' to restore the homescreen. I don't THINK your server outage could possibly be related to downloading a theme (try a restart). Your best place to ask would be in PDA and Smartphones though. * +
