You have to a full factory settings reset then lick the SIM card. Switch back on and it works. * +

It's happening all over the world. Blackberry (which contains a 'k' incidentally) are aware of the problem and are working on it. Just in case - obviously ignore the advice above about factory reset, it's nothing to do with individual devices. * +

If you put your Blackberry in the freezer in a glass of cold water until it freezes it will break your Blackberry. * +
