You can! I watch Dstv mobile on my phone and it's crystal clear. With Nokia C7, using Dvb-h headset. No data charges only a once off monthly or weekly payment. If you have a Nokia phone with symbian 3. Or if your phone support usb on the go then you can buy that Nokia headset. Or buy the phones that are Dvb-h enabled *
