hi..i wud lyk 2 ask,..my dad bought me a fne on cntrct...paid 4 24months,bt he neva terminated da contrct afta...and he stil pays now...so is it possble 2 terminate it now?or he wil hav 2 pay 4 da next 24months?coz he alrdy payd 4 3months * +

u are based in a different country to me but it sounds like a similar situation to how it works in UK. after 24 months the contract should automatically go on a monthly rolling basis if u don't do anything, so u have rolled a extra 3 months. your dad I'm sure hasn't signed any extension so u are able to cancel... normally in UK u have to give 30 days notice, I don't know what it is in your country * +

if u upgraded your contract and extended it for another 24 months then u should get a new phone, a upgrade... hope this has been helpful for u. * +

nu law says there is no automatic extension contracts lyk of gyms,cellphones etc * +

what? so its not going on a monthly rolling basis? just because u didn't cancel n go into it 3 months extra u have to keep it like that for another 24 months? I would seriously double check your info, that doesn't sound right n seems very unfair * +
