My nokia 5300 music player refuse 2 play anytime i try 2 play music wit it it will write updating and stat loading 4rm 1to100percent after dat it will write no music file so what can i do please *

or if u have a spare phone then blutooth everything to that phone if u have enuf memory that is pain in as* that is,then format memory card and phone,bluetooth everything back.that shud do it ,worked a treat 4 me! *
