As stefdag said above, regardless of what original phone model you have a Chinese copy of, there should be an 'options' menu on one of the softkeys (left and right under your screen) from which you should be able to delete cookies and clear your cache. If these options aren't present in your default browser it may be worth considering installing a third-party browser like Bolt or Opera Mini, although if you can't download you'd probably have to transfer it via PC or * +
