giffgaff, tesco mobile and virgin have no shops, ie, no face to face contact with customer services, if you got a problem you have to phone them and half the time there thick as s**t and get it wrong or dont understand your complaint or problem, unlike o2 3 vodafone orange t-mobile etc you can walk into one of there shops and SHOW them your problem * +

The tariff you have on 3 depends on how old your sim is. If you're on the new tariff that was introduced a few months ago your free 150mb will only last 30 days and you won't get any free texts. Flat 12 is the best tariff to be on with 3pay a close second. *
