What exactly are you having a problem with? You should be able to go to: m.facebook.com with your phone browser (or a third-party browser such as Opera Mini, Bolt or UCWeb). You should see a link on the page with: 'Need a Facebook account? Sign up here.' Clicking the link will take you to a new page where you can register using your email address or cellphone number. * +
