Ok, bear in mind that I'm not a Giffgaff user, so I'm slightly whistling in the dark here. but they seemto have changed their procedures - if you go to: www.giffgaff.com and go to the right-hand side of the page, you'll see an 'activate a sim' button, it'll ask for the 6 digit code from your sim. Try that. * +

ok mate i have done that n activated it lol cnt c were to top up the sayn y credit cards invalid but it aint n cnt c were to topup by voucher its ok mate thanx for ure help * +
