Where can i log a complaint against a store regardin the RICA law? I bought an 8.ta sim on Saturday, cost R10. When i queried it, i was told that they ask R9 to RICA it. After a bit, i got it done. However.. Today i rang 8.ta nd a lady kept insistin that i am mr. Abdullah. I am female, but that didn't bother her.. * +

It turns out that the store RICA'd the sim on a mr. Abdullah's name. I was warned by 8.ta to not reg any sim at any Pakistani store, that they take ur id number but don't register the card to ur name.. * +

I want to log a complaint abt this store, their wantin to charge to RICA nd the fact that they took my details but didn't register it on my name. I feel that this store shouldn't be allowed to work with id books in future, i'm v uncomfortable abt it. * +
