I moved house not last friday but the friday before, everything was ok up until tuesday where i started having connection problems. My bar fluctuate between 0 and full but even when its on full bar it keeps losing connection while on the net or if on a call keeps breaking up. Iv phoned 3 numerous times and they say the coverage here is good and they are not doing any maintenance but they are * +

Working hard to fix the problem but could take up to 14 days and asked me to be patient, PATIENT!! Not one of my strong points. I phoned up 5 min ago for an update but got ya typical standard indian customer service advisor that was no use whatsoever. So if the coverage is good and no problems with any masts what are they actually doing to fix the prob? I cant see them sending a team of guys out * +

Just to try and sort out this prob when they aint got a clue, i feel as if i am being strung along. I would rather them say 'look,we dont know what the problem is, everything is ok at our end' least then i would know and could change network. I had probs in past with networks but not for as long as this. * +

Yea the customer service can be a wind up when trying 2 solve a problem. Try using a different sim card * +

Tried 3 different sim cards and all the same. I thought it may be some interference from a neighbour maybe but its not just in the house, its also away from the house up to about hmmm 400yrds maybe depending on which way you go. * +

I guess ur last option would be 2 see if it happens with a different 3 phone n rule out its the handsets fault. Defo seems 2 be a signal problem tho. Ive had the signal bars fluctuating in a certain area b4 so u might just be in a spot that isnt fully covered n 3 dont want 2 admit it * +
