It's pretty horrifying, but it is available (here in the Midlands at least). Opera Mini seems to work ok, but everything else is snails pace or won't connect at all. * +

Yeah, don't speak too soon.. but likewise. I signed up to that 'get t-mobile signal' thingy on their website, but it didn't help with regard to data, but even as I'm writing (stupid garion) I've realised that when I selected t-mobile as my network I didn't change the 'applications connect using' setting over. * +

You can if there's no Orange SIGNAL, but if others experience was the same as mine, the signal was there, it just couldn't access the gateway. 3G access on t-mobile for Orange customers isn't available until next year weirdly. * +

I'll slam some t-mob data settings in my phone later I think, because even 2G might be better than an HSDPA connection with no gateway. * +
