I have a mobile and laptop on contract, last month I got billed 16.50,I called them and they said it was rite. Just got same bill again yet my contract is 5 pound a month for phone and 25 for laptop ! Strange. Ever happened to any1 els ? * +

I'd call them back and explain the situation. if they still say your bill is less than what you should be paying, then ask them to put a note on your account just to verify that you've called and been told its correct. keep a date, time and they name of the advisor you spoke to so that if they do try to charge you further down the line you have the information available. * +
