Every network is suffering,mergers dont heip either,example:-oorange n t-mobile merger n who buys there airtime of t-mobile(virgin) take iphones n htc n other hi powerd devices in to the equation n bobs ya uncle! * +

o2 have gone stupid.. they sent me a tex last week with instructions on how to get my balance, i've been with them for YEARS i think i should know by now.. got me own back .. sent them an email with instructions on how to read an email..... still waiting on a reply * +
