Mine went t*ts up on saturday got a blank replacement sim did the number transfer to new this morning and my line still not come back on, been trying to contact o2 but there line just say there busy i held line for well over an hour and then my call was disconected does anyone know if i can still get a pac code on my now dead line or is my number lost along with my 21quid of credit *

it will still work, they cr*p up all the time, it happend to me, the switched off one sim to send it all to my new one, put in phone and like you got nothing, hours passed so phoned them back and the t**ts had sent it all to the sim they switched off ahhh, take it to an o2 shop and sort it its quicker than phoning the idiots *

I lost an o2 sim+went 2 o2 shop, thay gave me free sim+transferred number+credit but think it took a couple days. Keep switchin phone off+on every hour *

got my line back it was a tech problem and o2 gave me a free tenner top up for all the waiting to get my number back *
