I dropped my phone down the toilet and flushed it as my son had just been for a number2. I have insurance but surely if i told them this they would laugh and fob me off! Spoke to a friend who claimed for a damaged/broken phone but she had to return it,any idea what i can say x * +

besides... some insurances require a crime reference number from the police to validate claim... * +

Get a train ticket and say you had your phone taken by a pick pocket, and make sure you report it to the transport police and get a crime number.And report it at the same time to your network to get a replacement sim and get phone black listed *
