I used 2 have that problem with 3 when i use my phone as a modem but the blocks randomly stopped happnin. I aint complaining * +

when you use phone as modem use ultrasurf, not all sites work though. * +

I had my age restriction lifted with just a driving licence (not the photo type) 3 customer services told me you can olso use a medical card or passport *
