I've just bought a top up voucher for 10 and went to enter code, but it said That the voucher had alreadY BEEN USED, CAN ANY1 ADVICE PLEASE * +

Think all can do is maybe phone then and tell of the prob or go on there site and email them or something not sure as dont have one but prob be same as any network when that happens * +

This has been reported a couple of times lately, best to email them via the address shown on the Contact page at giffgaff.com and they may be able to apply the voucher manually. * +

i couldnt even activate my sim and i contacted them and they replied that they cant activate it its up to the customer. not good customer help * +

ive had no problem with them . activating sim / topping up using voucher codes . even got money back . giifgaff are great
