Well first we need to know what its doing.and not doing first.i know when I had my blackberry 8900 I had nothing but trouble.cudnt detect anything or get detected.glad I got shot of it! * +

sometimes its not the fault but the phone model or type and user. some models just dont allow bluetoothing media files such as videos, images, music etc... but with some these phones u can download bluetooth applications to trick the phone to bluetooth such files. * +

with regards to blackberry models... many people have problems bluetoothing files to them. firstly pair the phones... then when u wanna send a file to the blackberry u first go to your media folder in the blackberry... go to options... then click on 'recieve using bluetooth' first... it then starts waiting for the other phone to connect... thats when u try to send the file then * +
