Have a look at the 'Email Pop3 Settings' topic which is pinned at the foot of the Nokia s60 forum (the ones in bold type), it'll give you the incoming and outgoing server info - you username and pass will be the same as when you login to your email account. * +

I can do (hopefully) but you'll have to state who your email provider is (Yahoo, Gmail etc.). Odd that you're getting a no gateway response from the topic (doesn't bode well for successful pop3 setup), try this direct link: http://is.gd/dEk00 * +

From what I understand, and can see on the site, Yuurok doesn't offer pop3 - it's purely a way to access your email via a wap browser (although if you have other pop accounts they can be forwarded to your Yuurok account). So AS FAR AS I'M AWARE, there's no way to setup Yuurok on your phone, but if I'm wrong hopefully someone will correct me. *
