Check out the website saynoto0870 to search for geographical alternatives to 084 / 087 numbers. In some cases you can even find freephone numbers which as greggie said are free on giffgaff. If you can't find an alternative for one of these numbers then sign up at Localphone and assign a standard landline number to it, you can then call it using your bundle minutes plus a charge of only a few pence per min. *
