A bit more info - are you sure you want 19 seconds, as that'll be mid-word, around 29 seconds on mine before the main song comes in. Also I can chop it dead as an mp3 (abrupt end) or I can fade it out slightly but only as an .aac file, let me know. * +

At 19 it'd stop at: 'it's coming home, it's coming..', oh and the cut version would lose the 3 Lions image. * +

@rishi - I was going to direct him to my 'How to cut mp3s' blog which has a link to an online cutting tool, but it can be tricky trying to cut EXACTLY 19 seconds off online, and you can use a lot of data in the process. * +
