Can anyone help. I cant seem to access pro via orange internet on my phone but i can other sites google yahoo mail etc. *I can usually access pro*am havin to use opera mini. Any ideas why before i ring em up and moan

I can only access Pro at the moment via a proxy or a browser which uses a proxy like Opera Mini - I can access every other site I've tried (wap and web) normally, I'm also on Orange and I haven't the faintest idea what's going on. Hang on, I'll check on O2.. * +

Working normally on O2, so it must be an Orange thang - if anyone can speak Orange, please ring 'em and ask what the hell gives.. * +

Iv just spoken to orange and they blaming pro as they apparently have no problems with internet this evening.. Said it will prob rectify itself. In otherwords bug*er off * +

. If the problem was with Pro I wouldn't be able to access it normally on O2. Weirdest prob I've come across in a while - for weeks now there's been a problem with access except with Mini, but that's been ALL sites - just one is VERY strange. * +

Im on orange contract so usually customer services are okay! I still cant access pro via orange internet its annoying now. Lets hope its sorted soon

Yeah, the problem's still ongoing this morning - I can access anywhere in any of 6 browsers except Pro which'll still only work in Opera Mini or via a proxy server. I've notified Admin that the problem exists purely for info, as it's definitely an Orange problem. I'll brush up on my Planet Orange language skills and ring them lunchtime if I've time.
