I understand that it's 200mb with the web bolt-on, although the 'text and web' fair use is listed as 500mb (source: http://is.gd/bGxeh) but if no limit is actually defined you can usually go well in excess of the fair usage limit, it's mainly there to give them legal protection if you massively and consistently abuse it. * +
