I don't know if you can take out a contract over the phone. It would make sense to be able to do so if you don't have access to the internet. Anyway, last time I looked they only show that for 15 quid you get 5gb but if you call and ask about 15gb for the same price then you should get it, I did and was informed that everyone else can. * +
