An adviser who was very rude then cut me off then i phoned again and demanded the pac code to move her number then was told they will send it by post what a joke. Be getting intouch with ofcom over this. Orange stinks and i thought 3 were bad * +

that would be like a bank giving your details to other customers.Surely to send a pac code by post is a bit risky?? What if the letter went in wrong door? * +

voda o2 gave my pac over the phone. 3pay sent it by txt. Orange send it in the post why? Orange better send it cause if i have to phone them again i wont be nice to them * +

It's not unusual for networks to send out PAC codes by post, it helps (marginally) to cut down on the massive stolen phone market, to a certain extent it's a way of making sure that one subscriber IS actually in one place.
