I just made a 25 min phone call which should of cost me 5pound when i checked balance i was charged 6pound 25p so was charged 25p a min instead of 20p thieving b*st*rds * +

Yeah 3 pay are rubbish. I had problems getting my pac code so I can take my number to another network.Phoned them up 5 times altogether as I kept being fobbed off.Got it in the end though! I will be avoiding 3 like the plague as soon as I have shifted to orange. * +

I better not have any probs getting mine. Though not suprising when there customer services is half way round the world. U should be able to talk to some1 who speaks the language. * +
