Its an appreciated welcomed change but it does not mean that the consumer pays less on their data usage. Effectively from 1 May voda users would be receiving anything from 17 to 60 percent extra data on their respective broadband bundles. For example, mymeg 150 would get you around 25MB extra. Not exactly earth moving now * +
