I phoned them earlier to get my pac code as I wanna move network as not happy with service,signal strength etc n all woman at end of line did was fob me off by passing me onto technical support,tried to get me to go pay monthly etc n never gave my pac code so I hung up phoned again hoping to get someone else n got same woman this time she was arguing with me saying signal is good in my area * +

3 are the worst for these kind of tactics. Just try not to get drawn into a debate and say you'd rather keep your reasons to yourself, they have a legal obligation to provide the PAC if you insist. * +

I got my pac in the end lol phoned up about 5 times altogether.Wasn't giving in. Got my pac sent to me in a text so now its goodbye 3 and I will avoid them like the plague from now on. * +
