When ive rang someone in the Usa i had no clue it would cost them for me to call them.is there a way i can get round this??? as they now have a huge phone bill on their mobile lol! *

I take it they must be roaming there? If so there isn't much you can do from your end apart from advise your friend to use a local SIM or stick to texts which are free for them to receive. *
