so im looking for a contract mobile phone plan where i pay monthly, and can not go over a certain usage so that i can not be charged any more on the bill. i can't seem to find one absolutely anywhere especially not 3g where i wanted it from any ideas? im in the uk. * +

They don't do that anymore as they want you to go over. It used to be t-mobile fixed rate, where you had to top-up once you used up your allowance, but as the allowance service was always out of synch, maybe by three or four days people were still getting billed extra plus it wasnt enough extra to make t-mobile a profit. or get a standard contract n just be careful n follow your limits. it isnt hard to check how many mins u do have left and most plans can cater for unlimited cross network SMS * +

and if u aint bothered about a phone n just the plan then look into Sim Only plans... u dont have to be tied down for 18 or 24 months... u can do rolling month plans n get use to that... see how u are. if u are terrible at following your usage then just cancel it... if u are ok im sure u can then upgrade to a mobile phone plan *
