you download the free dc unlocker client n istall it into pc ,you then purchase reqired ammounts of server credits from dc unlocker site ,once done you select unlock dongle it chats to there server eats your credits and unlocks your dongle,,some claim it does it for free but ive never found such! YOU Need them credits *
