Hmm you'd best go for a Lycamobile Plus SIM I think. They give you 40 pounds credit for a 20 pound top-up at the moment, and have the cheapest rates going for calls. * +

Yes you can send global texts for 10p each. If you factor in the free credit that works out to just 5p per message. * +
