Not sure what forum dis should be in. But do anyone no if a i.p addy on mobile phone, belongs to the sim or the actuli phone .ta x *

Where mobile phones are concerned, the IP is allocated by the network, and can cover all mobile phones within a particular area on the same network - this is why you'll sometimes see messages like: 'your IP is already downloading a file' or whatever, even though you know you're not. Hence the IP is RELATED to the sim not the phone, but doesn't necessarily identify you personally. *
