in the past 6wks had to change networks thru t-mobile never having a signal? ive used t-mobile 4 over 3yrs n never had a problem with it until 6wks ago.at 1st i 4t it was my sim that wa damaged. i havent bin able 2 txt, make or recieve any calls n at 2 topup a vodafone sim 4 people2 get intouch we me. wtf's going on i aint impressed 1 bit a cnt evan contact customer services * +

Depends on the area ur in, if ur in sheffield, derbyshire or certain places of yorkshire, the main signal what runs the tmobile network, orange and 3 as apparently been vandilized. i read tmobile customer service advisers are aware of this n acting dumb, when u ring they get u 2 re boot ur phone, n take sim out cr*p..they cant repair the damages to the main signal due 2 it being a farmer who damaged it n it being on is property. lmao a read this in a 4rm topic btw, makes intresting readin true o * +

cell sites are situated couple of mile apart. In built of areas even less. So if a farmer has damaged a cell site dnt think it woud have knocked out sheffield derbyshire and parts of yorkshire thats a prety big area lol * +

I aint a clue whats happend or why. just that ive had the same tmobile number over 3years, n used the same network online. never had a problem with it. now the networks driving me mad, a cnt make a call recieve any calls n if i do after get intouch with any1 urgently i after go in 2 the shed stand in the corner n it will eventually send a text lmao. bad time for me 2 be we out me main number. me 14year old son got dignosd with ADHD 3wks ago n put on ritalin medication. not bad eh 2 say e wa bor * +

Port your number to a network that does have signal if you need to be contacted anytime then you cant rely on the one you have, alternatively you should try a fixed line. *
