what the hell has happened to thier cust serv??? B4 xmas id have said totally oustanding,but lately,.e.g today and although got thru straight away i cud here voices but no rep?! N e way rang again as all i wanted to was pay off last few months of contract n change 2 sim only i was told no prob.i was put on hold 4 10 mins then told id have 2 call back in 30 days....ne 1 else find em bad? * +

I have a SIM that's been suspended through inactivity but can still make calls to 2345 etc. However customer care insist it's fully disconnected and can't be reconnected. Should I take it further? * +

:0 cnt beliive wht im reading bout vodafone! there the best! well the contract costomerr servises iz :) always a good hellp nd never waiting for a long time... and as for hearing voices but no rep i dunno but giive em a chance yehh there rly good i been wiiv them nrly a yr now :) voda rockk :D and least you can understand them unlike orange in pakistan or india . . . * +
