just interested to see what people think of australian mobile networks Telstra, Optus and Vodafone for data / internet usage. I know with telstra next g (hspa) i get bout 480.5kbps and heard optus is bout a 3rd of that speed. * +

when im out n about i use my mobile for internet but when im home i use my mobile as a modem for my pc and it works fine too. Are there any voda or optus users out there that use their phones as modems ? * +

If you are on postpaid it doesnt cost too much bout 0.50c p/mb but if you are on prepaid buy a browsepack2G 29 dollard for 200mb and 59 dollars fpr 500mb i think, its not too bad * +
