Maybe you are not on a 3.5G network area or maybe the phone you used in connecting your PC isn't a 3G phone. I'm not going to lie to you, when I use Ultrasurf with DAP my download speed get to 68kbps but when I use freegate my download gets up to 210kbps but if I subscribe my min download speed is 450kbps (with DAP). I use the MTN fastlink modem on a 3.5G area. * +
