There are perhaps surprisingly very few except for the obvious iTunes, but if you have broadband or a fast wap connection you can convert any mp3 to .aac at Media Convert here: http://ri.ms/ufoni you can upload from your hard drive/phone memory or fetch the URL of the track for conversion. *
