hiya, my mate seen a phone deal on internet that he liked but there was going to b no1 in when it gets delivered so he went to phone4u store to see if he cud get it in store, they said no and pressured him into getting a different phone on a higher paid contract.. He aint oped the phone or touched it, cud he return it and cancel contract? Customer service said he cant, cheers * +

there going to say he's a big-boy and over 18 so he doesnt need his hand held while he signs a contract. However, if its a new contract he should be able to break it if its only been a few days. I dont think there's a get out clause if its an upgrade. * +

lol phones4u staff have a reputation of being ruthless in their sales... ive heard a lot n know a lot... ive learnt a lot of technical talk from wap so when the approach me n DONT LEAVE ME ALONE i talk all symbian with them n then they say they gotta do paper work rofl... *
