First I was on Text Anytime with O2Web bolt-on. That was fine... Then I went to Favourite Place with O2Web and My O2 Numbers bolt-on also ok.... Then I decided I wanted to go back to a free text tarriff...... * +

... So I assumed I had to go onto Text and Web, but I only topped up 10GBP (so I get the free texts, but not free web), cos I had a lot of unused credit. Naturally I did not cancel O2Web but I got a warning message suggesting that I cancel it. So the 7.50 for O2 was taken but I am being charged for my web access. A bit unfair don't you think? * +

Its 10 pounds for free text only....... but I just checked and my O2Web is off. It's so confusing when changing tarriffs and bolt-ons ......Case closed :) * +
